CoMO SEPTA

Come and join us on Tuesday, November 19 at 6:15pm as we discuss literature and inclusion. We will meet in the media center at Beulah Ralph Elementary (it’s located right by the main entrance). There will be a brief meeting covering SEPTA topics, then a presentation. Our speaker is Kerry Townsend, Library Media Coordinator at CPS. She will discuss literature and programming we provide for all students and how accommodations are made to honor a variety of learning styles. She’s also a valuable resource on books that promote (directly or indirectly) inclusion and diversity. This can come in handy at any time of year, but especially as you may be choosing books for gifts leading up to the holidays.
