ABOUT THIS EVENT
IEP meetings are a crucial part of special education. Professionals and parents work as a team to craft compliant, specific, measurable, attainable, research based, teachable goals. Kelly Ott will be leading us through this process to help professionals and parents create IEP goals using some sample tools. You will come away with a better knowledge of how to make strength based IEP goals that are easy to understand and measure. Join us from 9am to noon on February 8 at Missouri Employers Mutual (101 N Keene St) as we work together.

A professional development certificate for 3 continuing ed hours will be issued.

This FREE event is sponsored by Columbia Special Education Parent Teacher Association (CoMO SEPTA) to help with professional development and parent understanding. Doors open at 8:30 am and light breakfast snacks will be served. This sponsorship is made possible by a grant from MU Thompson Center for Autism and Neurodevelopmental Disorders.

Space is limited, so please register at https://tinyurl.com/iep-workshop to reserve your spot! Any additional questions can be sent to comosepta@gmail.com
